A little reminder that we’re still waiting on updated contact information and club addresses from some clubs.
We also need the name and contact details of your Designated Liaison Person (DLP) / Child Protection Officer on file.Our Welfare Officer, Joan Heapes, will be in touch throughout the season with updates on legislation and policies — so having the correct info is essential.

Garda Vetting Officer Update
We’re sad to share that our Vetting Officer, Hayley Murphy, will be stepping down at the end of December 2025. We’re incredibly grateful for the dedication and care she has shown in safeguarding our athletes and coaches
From the end of December, we will circulate a new address for NVB1 forms for processing.
This also means we’re opening applications for a Garda Vetting Validator (voluntary role) with Cheer Sport Ireland.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is over 21
Has good standing with CSI
Has experience in record keeping, confidentiality & GDPR complianceIf this sounds like you, please send us a short Expression of Interest explaining why you’d be a great fit. Training will be provided.
